Yearbook and Journalism

Unlike other high schools, the College of Southern High School runs a bit differently due to students being more independent. However, CSNHS still offers regular high school electives such as the Journalism and Yearbook program. Holding a smooth blend of both Journalism and Yearbook, students actively work on the Yearbook for the first half of the school year. At the same time, students at the South campus take on the task of writing articles for the school newspaper The Eagle's Landing. Students have the opportunity to interview others and research current events. Determined and hard working, the class consists of around ten students where everyone is allowed to join. Throughout the course, students learn an abundance about the importance of teamwork, as well as creating a friendly atmosphere with one another.
